2022 Southern California Above Rubies Family Conference Schedule August 5-7th
Friday
4:00 p.m. - Registration begins in Conference Room A located in the Manzanita Lodge
6:00 p.m. - Opening Session for everyone, Windfield Hall, located behind the office & down the hill to the left.
9:00 - 10:00 p.m. - Firepit by Fireside Hall adjacent to lodges for s'mores, hot dogs (bring your own ingredients!)
Saturday
6:45 - Conference A, Colin & Gary will meet with the men for prayer time.
8:00 - Breakfast - Dining Hall
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Women’s Session, Conference A
10:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Archery behind Windfield Hall
11:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Men’s Session, Conference A
***Women can informally meet with Nancy on the lawn between the lodges
12 p.m. Lunch
1:30-3:00 - Pool open, Slip N Slide open
3:30 - 4:30 p.m. zip line time $5 per zip. Please pay Trish. Zip line is age 8 & up. Must be able to climb tall wood ladder to start off point where PV attendant will strap in. Please see 2010 zip line pictures for visual as young children might change their mind when they see how tall & long it is. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO CLIMB UP WITH THE CHILD OR TO RETRIEVE THE CHILD IF THEY FREEZE UP CLIMBING.

5:00 p.m. - Gather on the office building steps for a group picture before dinner
5:00 p.m. - Dinner
5:45 - 6:00 - Worship Conference A
6:00 - 6:50 - Women's Session, Conference A
6:50 - 7:40 - Men's Session, Conference A
7:45 - 8:45 p.m. - Laser Tag on hill to the right of Worthington Hall, 10.00 per person, please pay Trish
