More Cancer Info
Some of these articles are a bit older. I am listing them here for reference. There is so much info available out there on the Internet for those seeking a common sense approach to cancer that builds the immune system instead of destroying it thru standard medical treatments such as radiation and chemotherapy. Some key simple points to start out:
1. Get walks in the sunshine everyday, exercise and vitamin D are important as a weapon against cancer.
2. Avoid sugars of all kids except for fresh fruit. Avoid grains as much as possible as these cause inflammation in the body and break down as sugar from the carbs as well. Avoid all processed foods, food colorings, and ingredients you can't pronounce. Also avoid environmental toxins as much as possible like cleaners, laundry detergents, personal care products, etc.
3. Only have grassfed beef or dairy. Organic meats, eggs, chicken can help but standard grocery store meats and dairy will hurt.
4. Build your immune system thru eating lots of leafy greens and organic vegetables and fruits, fresh & uncooked as much as possible. Keep your diet simple with healthy oils such as coconut & olive oil & unprocessed foods.
5. Supplement with whole foods based nutritional supplements without extra added ingredients.
